Job Description:
We seek a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Bilingual Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role requires fluent communication skills in both Spanish and English, as you will be assisting our global clients with various administrative and support tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management and clients via
Respond to inquiries in both Spanish and English, ensuring clear, timely communication.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and organization of digital files.
Conduct online research and compile reports.
Manage and update customer databases.
Provided customer support, troubleshot basic issues, and routed inquiries to appropriate departments.
Assist with project management tasks, following up on deliverables, deadlines, and communications.
Other general virtual assistant tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Proficient with office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or project coordination.
Familiarity with social media management or content creation (a plus).
