Job Description:
As a Customer Support & Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, handling negative reviews, and creating shopfronts. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Inquiries: Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries across Amazon, eBay, and our website promptly and professionally.
Order Processing: Handle and process up to 500 orders daily, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Experience with Amazon FBA and ShipStation is essential.
Negative Reviews: Monitor and address negative reviews, working to resolve issues with customers and improve overall satisfaction.
Shopfront Creation: Create and manage shopfronts on e-commerce platforms, ensuring a professional and appealing online presence.
Collaborate with Other Teams: Work closely with our logistics, marketing, and management teams to ensure all aspects of the business are functioning smoothly.
Requirements:

Proven experience with Amazon FBA, eBay operations, and ShipStation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage high volumes of orders and inquiries efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Experience with handling reviews and customer feedback.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopfront creation.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity.
