How You’ll Help Us Succeed:
Your role as a Content Strategist & Social Media Manager is crucial to our success. You’ll shape how our clients are seen, heard, and understood across social media platforms. By developing innovative content strategies and maintaining a strong, consistent presence online, you’ll build deeper connections with audiences while driving growth and engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop and execute comprehensive content and social media strategies that align with our clients' brand voice and marketing goals.
Plan and create engaging multimedia content (text, videos, graphics) in collaboration with the design and marketing teams.
Manage and maintain a strong presence across social media platforms by scheduling and publishing content consistently.
Oversee content creation, editing, and proofreading to ensure alignment with content strategy and SEO best practices.
Monitor audience engagement, foster community interactions, and respond to comments and messages.
Run analytics reports from all social media platforms, and track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with the analytics team to measure KPIs, website traffic, and social media metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Develop and manage editorial calendars to ensure timely content delivery across platforms.
Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, continuously refining our approach to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Are You the One?
We are looking for a driven and creative strategist who understands the power of content in building brands. You should have:
Demonstrated experience in content strategy, social media management, and content creation.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills paired with a creative mindset.
Proficiency in social media platforms, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Moz, Google Keyword Planner).
Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media scheduling tools.
