The Mane Attraction is a fast-growing brand specializing in organic hair care and skincare products. We are looking for a Meta, Google, & TikTok Ads Expert to help drive conversions and scale our ad performance across all three platforms.

Job Responsibilities
Manage and optimize ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Analyze ad performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand messaging consistency.

Application Requirements
Expert-level experience in Meta, Google, and TikTok ads.
iPhone required for communications and task management.

Assessment submissions:
Provide a video recording of a brand you are currently managing, showcasing:
ROAs, costs, and purchases for Meta Ads.
Google Ads results.
TikTok Ads performance.
