TikTok Content Creator (Faceless Content)

We are seeking a creative and motivated TikTok Content Creator to produce daily faceless videos that are engaging, entertaining, and tailored to our niche. As a key part of our content creation team, you will be responsible for developing 1-minute (or longer) videos that capture audience interest, promote engagement, and align with current trends on TikTok.

This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok's platform, trends, and algorithm, as well as the ability to create unique, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences—all without appearing on camera.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and post daily TikTok videos that are 1 minute or longer, following a specific niche.
- Ensure all videos are engaging, entertaining, and optimized to attract and retain audience attention.
- Conduct research on TikTok trends hashtags, and viral content to ensure videos remain relevant.
- Develop script ideas, video outlines, and editing plans for seamless execution.
- Use video editing tools to produce faceless content with dynamic visuals, text, music, and sound effects.
- Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement, etc.) and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative video concepts.

Requirements:
Proven experience creating successful TikTok content (please provide examples or portfolio).
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and niche-specific engagement tactics.
- Video editing skills using apps/software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
- Ability to produce high-quality content daily while adhering to the brand's tone and style.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and deliver unique content.
- Strong communication and time-management skills to meet daily deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a specific niche (e.g., education, tech, lifestyle, finance, etc.).
- Knowledge of TikTok analytics and how to use data to refine content strategies.
