Job Title: Virtual Assistant (VA) – Strawberry Words Training Consultancy
Overview: Strawberry Words Training Consultancy is seeking a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant to support our growing services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. As our VA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, from managing communications and appointments to creating content and supporting our online learning hub.

Our expertise in transforming toxic environments, preventing discrimination tribunals, and cultivating compassionate cultures is delivered through online courses, face-to-face training, strategic planning, project management, and consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations for training and consultancy sessions.
• Manage the booking process for events and client sessions.
• Create, distribute, and analyse online surveys.
• Edit podcast episodes to ensure high-quality audio content (training is provided).
• Draft, format, and send newsletters.
• Update and maintain our customer database.
• Book appointments and manage client communications.
• Manage and update the director's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling.
• Take and organise meeting notes for internal and client meetings.
• Proofread and spellcheck documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Organise and maintain digital files for easy access and retrieval.
• Conduct online research on relevant topics such as racism, discrimination, and inclusive practices.
• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
• Oversee the management of our online learning hub (Kajabi).
• Assist with content creation, including articles, posts, and other materials.
• Provide customer service support to clients and course participants.
Required Knowledge and Attributes:
• A strong grasp of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on your own initiative, with minimal supervision.
• Some knowledge of discrimination, racism, and inclusive practices is desirable.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
Systems and Tools:
• Familiarity with the following tools is preferred:
o Kajabi (for online course management)
o ChatGPT (for content creation and research support)
o Calendly (for scheduling and appointments)
o Circle (for managing community platforms)
