Part-Time Webflow Project Manager

Webifoo is a rapidly growing Webflow-based website agency dedicated to building stunning, high-performing websites that capture our clients' brand essence and engage their audience effectively. Our work ranges from sleek one-pagers to comprehensive multi-page websites tailored for small businesses to large enterprises. As we continue to expand, we're seeking a proactive and reliable project manager to join our team and take charge of client projects.

Role Overview
As a part-time Webflow Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing client projects, handling all communication, and ensuring every need is met from start to finish. Working closely with our clients and development team, you'll make sure every project aligns with client expectations, is delivered on time, and achieves the high-quality standards that Webifoo stands for. You will enable the founders to focus on growing the company while you handle the day-to-day project management and communication.

Responsibilities
1. Project Management: Oversee multiple Webflow projects, from onboarding to launch, ensuring smooth progress, timely delivery, and high-quality output.
2. Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, providing regular updates, gathering feedback, and addressing any queries or concerns.
3. Task Coordination: Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure that all tasks are assigned and completed efficiently.
4. Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate potential project challenges and proactively propose solutions to maintain project momentum.
5. Language Translation: Translate Dutch messages to English using tools like Google Translate or ChatGPT to ensure clear communication with Dutch-speaking clients.
6. Time Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of time spent on projects to enable proper compensation and project cost tracking.

Requirements
1. Webflow Experience: A strong understanding of Webflow is essential, including the ability to handle basic Webflow tasks.
Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken) and comfortable translating Dutch messages to English.
2. Availability: Ability to work in the Amsterdam time zone and be available throughout the workday to address client needs and support team communication.
3. Client-Focused Mindset: Ability to understand client needs and expectations and ensure these are met with efficiency and professionalism.
4. Proactive & Organized: Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and ensure all deadlines are met without close supervision.
5, Flexible Hours: Willing to adapt to the varying weekly workload, with an agreement on a baseline and hourly compensation for tracked work hours.

Compensation & Working Hours
Since the workload may vary week to week, we are offering an hourly compensation model. We'll establish a baseline for your availability and ensure all hours are tracked effectively for transparent payment.
