Job Title: Advertising Manager

Compensation:

$8 to $10 USD per hour, depending on experience.

We are a growing hospitality business based in Australia, seeking an experienced Freelance Advertising Manager to manage and scale our digital ad campaigns. This is a remote opportunity for a talented individual based in the Philippines, with options for both full-time and part-time work.

Responsibilities:

*Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels.
*Analyze key ad performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
*Scale successful advertising campaigns to achieve business growth.
*Manage social media outreach, including responding to comments and messages across various platforms.
*Collaborate with our team to ensure ads align with our overall marketing objectives.
*Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements:

*5+ years of experience managing Meta ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital ad platforms.
*Proven ability to scale advertising campaigns and achieve measurable success.
*Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and optimization techniques.
*Hands-on experience in managing social media outreach and engagement.
*Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Bonus Skills:

*Experience with additional ad platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, or Pinterest.
*Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
