Manager - Short term rentals

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Processes and Client Success with extensive experience in the Short-Term Rental (STR) industry. The ideal candidate will be an expert in using Guesty and will demonstrate a proven track record of effective management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize client success processes to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Utilize Guesty to manage operations efficiently, ensuring seamless integration of client needs with company offerings.
Analyze performance metrics and client feedback to identify trends and implement data-driven improvements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to drive their success.
Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a culture of excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the STR field.
Proven expertise in using Guesty and other property management software.
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Experience in client relationship management with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Experience in revenue management is a plus.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, finance, Management, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
