JOB OVERVIEW

My Three Sons Investments, LLC (M3S), a real estate investing company, is seeking to add a full-time superstar with a proven ability to excel in bookkeeping, organization and execution of administrative duties. Social media accounts skills are a plus.

M3S is headed by an experienced real estate investment professional who owns more than a dozen properties with a focus on both short and mid-term rentals and lease options.

If you’re both an experience bookkeeper and property manager, this job might be the job for you.

If you're a detail oriented, proficient and reliable person that is so committed to complete the task at hand that you forget to eat lunch, this might be the job for you.

If you're motivated by completing a checklist and want to get it done right so bad it hurts, while keeping ethics, character and integrity at the top of your actions, this might be the job for you.

If you're good with guest communication, prompt responses and the English language, this might be the job for you.

Foremost, if you can handle being given a task (or eight) without the niceties, this might be the job for you.

Your job will be the investor’s right hand and relieve him of all administrative tasks, allowing him to focus on the revenue generation side the business.

You’ll need solid experience in Quickbooks and how it applies to landlords.

You’ll learn how he currently operates with respect to advertising and screening for guests/tenants, dealing with guest/tenants issues,

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES

* Landlord Bookkeeping
* Market rental properties online
* Manage guest/tenant issues
* Create marketing materials to promote company in social media
* Manage seller and tenant leads, stay organized, follow-up


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

* 2 years real estate executive administration experience
* Quickbooks as it applies to landlords
* Demonstrated skills in organization, document preparation and spreadsheet efficiency
* Patience and understanding of tenants often urgent needs for assistance.
* Do not need a babysitter
