JOB OVERVIEW

How to Apply:
Please submit your resume and portfolio using the form here: bit.ly/4ckHyva.
Applications submitted through other channels will not be reviewed. (The form is for HiEnd Accents, but this is a project for a property owned by the company, not for the HiEnd Accents brand)

We are looking for a talented Brand Designer to lead a full branding exercise for a luxury mountain retreat located in Estes Park, Colorado. The project will focus on creating a fresh visual identity for the property, as well as extending the brand to the property's parent company, which will share the same aesthetic.

Project Deliverables:

1. New Brand Identity

- Logo and visual identity for the property (focused on modern luxury and the mountainous Colorado setting).

- Brand colors that emphasize the lush mountain scenery, with potential greens and blues.

2. Parent Company Logo

- Logo design for a new parent company that aligns with the retreat’s brand identity.

3. Brand Guidelines

- A comprehensive PDF with brand guidelines to ensure consistency across future materials (for use by our graphic designer).

4. Website Audit & Refresh

- Review of the existing website with suggestions for improvement, incorporating the new brand identity.

5. Social Media Template

- Template for advertising the property across social media platforms. (We’d like to see improvements to the current Instagram feed.)

Brand Vision:

The retreat is a modern luxury mountain retreat, and the branding should reflect this. Key elements we want to convey are:

- Modern and sophisticated design.
- Luxury aesthetics that feel upscale.
- Mountainous and distinctly Colorado vibes—think glass panes, lush greenery, and serene landscapes.

Inspiration:

- Hostie Vacation Rentals (https://hostievacationrentals.com/): We like the website (though not the logo). Their icon illustration at the bottom is interesting.

- Stay Trailborn (https://www.staytrailborn.com/rocky-mountains/): Not a fan of the logo for our property, but we like the website and how it conveys the Rocky Mountains feel.

- Auberge Resorts (https://aubergeresorts.com/madeline/): Love this upscale, high-end hotel vibe—while a different setting, this feel is what we’re aiming for.

We want the branding to get people excited and drive bookings for this property and future properties under the parent company.

We are eager to start the project and will be providing additional brand inspirations as the project develops.
