Unicorn Role Overview:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience managing inbound leads and tracking their progression? As a Full-Time Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you will handle lead management, email and calendar coordination, and report building. Your real estate experience and proficiency with Zendesk Sell will allow you to streamline processes, track leads, and ensure efficient communication and scheduling. This role is key to providing the support necessary for a growing team and ensuring no lead slips through the cracks.

What you’ll do:
Manage inbound leads efficiently, tracking their progression and ensuring timely follow-up.
Coordinate email communication and scheduling with leads and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Maintain and update databases with lead information using Zendesk Sell.
Generate reports on lead activity and progression, providing insights to the team.
Handle light data analytics tasks to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Assist with inbound support requests and inquiries, ensuring leads are addressed promptly.

What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on lead management and inside sales tasks.
Proficiency in Zendesk Support and Zendesk Sell for tracking leads and managing communications.
Strong email communication skills, with excellent written English.
Ability to manage and track data using spreadsheet databases.
Report-building skills (nice-to-have) to provide valuable insights to the team.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Working hours: 9 am-6 pm CST (Full-time)
