What you’ll do:
Manage inbound leads efficiently, tracking their progression and ensuring timely follow-up.
Coordinate
Maintain and update databases with lead information using Zendesk Sell.
Generate reports on lead activity and progression, providing insights to the team.
Handle light data analytics tasks to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Assist with inbound support requests and inquiries, ensuring leads are addressed promptly.

What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on lead management and inside sales tasks.
Proficiency in Zendesk Support and Zendesk Sell for tracking leads and managing communications.
Strong
Ability to manage and track data using spreadsheet databases.
Report-building skills (nice-to-have) to provide valuable insights to the team.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Working hours: 9 am-6 pm CST (Full-time)
