Your role as Social Media Manager will be key to promoting our values and services through engaging, thoughtful, and strategic content. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming online presence that resonates with our audience while driving results.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and schedule daily posts on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Develop a mix of content, including short-form and long-form copy, pictures, graphics, videos, and reels.
- Track analytics to measure what content resonates best with our audience and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Offer creative content strategy and bring fresh, innovative ideas to drive engagement.
- Engage with our followers by liking, commenting, and connecting with our target audience and potential clients.
- Plan, organize, and schedule one month’s worth of content in advance for approval and posting.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice—friendly, casual, and inviting, never robotic or overly formal.
- Avoid promoting services we are not currently offering (e.g., skilled nursing and wound care).


RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute a social media content plan in line with company goals.
- Post diverse content (videos, reels, graphics) daily across social platforms.
- Regularly track and analyze social media metrics (follower growth, engagement rates, content reach).
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments and direct messages and fostering a sense of community.
- Create monthly reports outlining key social media performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Ensure that only approved content goes live.
- Manage and update social media banners, bios, and graphics for consistency across platforms.
- Connect and build relationships with case managers and healthcare professionals via LinkedIn.
- Suggest optimizations for our social media profiles and content to increase engagement and reach.



RESULTS

- Follower Growth**: Increase followers by 5-10% per month.
- Engagement Rate**: Aim for a 10% increase in engagement across platforms month-over-month.
- Content Consistency**: Ensure 100% consistency in daily posting and content approval.
- Strategic Contributions**: Provide at least three new content strategy ideas each month based on performance insights.


REQUIREMENTS

- At least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts in healthcare companies.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram.
- A strategic thinker who can balance creativity with data-driven insights.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage authentically with the audience.
- Highly organized, with the ability to plan content one month in advance.
- Experience using Canva and other design tools to create engaging graphics.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of the importance of approval processes and branding guidelines.
