Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Client Creator Recruitment:
- Research and identify TikTok creators that align with the unique niche, audience, and goals of multiple client brands.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential influencers for each client based on their product and market focus.
Client-Specific Outreach & Messaging:
- Develop tailored outreach strategies and messaging for creators, representing each brand’s voice and objectives.
- Manage ongoing communication with creators, ensuring a smooth onboarding process across different client accounts.
Sample Requests & Coordination Across Clients:
- Coordinate the sending of product samples to influencers for each client, working with internal logistics teams or client-side contacts to ensure efficient delivery.
- Track and manage inventory and sample dispatches for multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Affiliate Program Management for Multiple Clients:
- Create and manage databases for each client’s affiliates, tracking creator engagement, content output, and sales performance.
- Ensure influencers deliver content that meets the specific requirements of each client’s brand guidelines and objectives.
Collaborative Campaign Development:
- Work closely with each client’s marketing team or account manager to align affiliate activities with broader marketing strategies and goals.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to creators to enhance content impact and engagement for client brands.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Regularly monitor and analyze affiliate campaign performance across clients, tracking key metrics such as clicks, sales, engagement, and ROI.
- Provide detailed reports for each client, offering insights and recommendations to optimize future affiliate efforts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and influencers for each client account.
- Communicate with clients regarding campaign updates, influencer selection, and results, ensuring alignment with client goals.
