We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Email Manager to manage and optimize our inbox, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of all incoming emails. This role will involve responding to or redirecting emails, creating folder structures, developing email systems, and providing daily updates on critical messages that require attention. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing high-volume email inboxes, with a focus on efficiency and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbox Management: Handle all inbound emails, ensuring timely responses, redirection, or delegation to the appropriate team members.
- Email Categorization: Create and maintain an organized folder system to sort emails by priority, topic, and urgency.
- System Creation & Optimization: Develop and implement effective email systems to manage the workflow of incoming communications.
- Daily Updates: Provide daily updates highlighting key emails that need action or response, including deadlines and priority levels.
- Email Filtering: Flag spam or unnecessary emails, ensuring that only relevant and important communications reach your attention.
- Response Drafting: Draft responses on your behalf for emails that require standard replies or routine follow-ups.
- Email Triage: Prioritize and escalate urgent matters for immediate attention.
Reporting: Provide weekly or monthly summaries of email volume, response times, and overall inbox health.
