Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a full-time, remote Email Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
* Perform email list management tasks such as offer selection, email loading/scheduling on various email platforms
* Data Count and Revenue update
* Assist with A/B testing and optimization of email campaigns
* Monitor email campaign performance and provide analysis to improve effectiveness and ROI
* Collaborate with other team members on specific projects which may include research, analysis, internal documentation, and reports
* Stay up to date with email marketing trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve our email marketing efforts

Requirements/Qualifications:
* Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing
* Preferably with online work-from-home experience; must know his/her way around Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
* Familiarity with CRM systems and database management, preferably in a similar role
* Experience using cloud-based marketing automation platforms
* Experience with marketing analytics, performance tracking, and optimization platforms
* Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and the ability to develop effective email campaigns
* Works efficiently with excellent attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
