Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with expertise in lead generation and list building, specifically creating lists based on intent data and filters. The ideal candidate will be highly familiar with the Instantly platform and proficient in building lists according to ideal customer profiles. Experience with Listkit and Apollo is a plus but not required. A solid background in running outbound email campaigns, tracking lead statuses, and managing pipelines is essential.

Responsibilities:
Utilize Instantly to manage and execute lead generation tasks efficiently.
Build and maintain lead lists based on provided ideal customer profiles.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support outbound email campaigns.
Track lead statuses and manage pipelines to ensure effective follow-up and conversion.
Leverage experience with Listkit and Apollo (if applicable) to enhance list building and lead generation efforts.
Ensure high-quality, timely completion of tasks.

Skills Required:
High familiarity with the Instantly platform.
Proficiency in list building based on intent data, filters, and ideal customer profiles.
Experience with lead generation, outbound email campaigns, and pipeline management.
Knowledge of Listkit and Apollo is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
