SEO Technical Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Technical Coordinator with skills as follows:

Experience growing PBN (private blog network), WordPress QA
Experience in implementing SEO strategies
Demonstrable and/or certified experience with data reporting tools such as Google My Business Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
Experience with third-party enterprise SEO tools (SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Bright Local)
Experience with SEO for businesses with both brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce a plus
Understanding of HTML elements related to SEO
Link-building experience using white hat industry-standard methods

Skills
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with and present to all levels of the business
A collaborative & proactive team player
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
Self-starter with the ability to identify and execute next steps
Desire for ongoing education within the search landscape, both within SEO and in other areas of digital marketing
3+ years experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Responsibilities
Support the implementation, QA, and management of the overall SEO strategy
Duties include web marketing, web analytics, link building, and keyword strategy
Perform monthly/quarterly search engine optimizations focused on improving traffic and performance of client websites
Analyzing websites and executing strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals
Administer all search engine programs for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects
Set up and monitor web analytics and key reporting tools
Maintain knowledge of SEO best practices and algorithm changes
As needed, assist the Content Team with targets and keyword support
Monitor trends and provide teams with SEO recommendations for updated best practices
Regular 1:1’s with team members (2x3 times per week) in the Pacific Time Zone
