Short Term Rental - Expert Personal Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will be an expert in using CRM Streamline - Vacation Rental Software to streamline operations, enhance guest experiences, and optimize booking management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update Airbnb listings to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Optimize current CRM, Streamline - Vacation Rental Software.
- Manage and update 40+ properties in said CRM.
-Dedicated support for after hour reservations and other administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Airbnb or other short-term rental properties.
- Expertise in CRM Streamline- Vacation Rental Software is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
Compensation is dependent upon experience and to be discussed in the interview.
Hours will be 6 pm to 10 pm Central Time Zone.
