Paradox Group Pty Ltd, based in Australia, is looking for a Tech Lead with strong DevOps experience to join our growing team! This role is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Australian CTO while mentoring a talented group of developers in the Philippines. If you have experience managing CI/CD pipelines, strong technical skills, and leadership qualities, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers based in the Philippines.
Manage and optimize CI/CD build pipelines using Bitbucket and GitHub.
Work with Ubuntu commands, SSH, and Putty to maintain and secure server environments.
Identify and resolve WordPress vulnerabilities, ensuring secure deployments.
Collaborate with the QA and CRM teams in our Martech division to ensure seamless integration and project success.
Report directly to the CTO, based in Australia.
(Optional but a plus) Experience with Cloudways for cloud-based hosting and management.

Requirements
Proven experience in DevOps and working with CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket/GitHub).
Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu) command line, SSH, and related server management tools.
Understanding of WordPress vulnerabilities and best practices for securing WordPress sites.
Ability to mentor and manage developers across multiple disciplines.
Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate across teams effectively.
Willingness to work late evenings as needed, to align with North American client hours.
