Position: Operations Manager / General Manager (Amazon US Online Arbitrage)
Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in Amazon US online arbitrage to lead and optimize our growing team. This role requires deep expertise in product research and sourcing, as well as the ability to manage day-to-day operations, coach and develop team members, and streamline workflows to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management: Oversee, coach, and manage the product research team on a daily basis, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and consistent performance.
Advanced Product Research & Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing strategies (manual sourcing, tactical arbitrage, storefront stalking) to identify profitable arbitrage opportunities. Ensure the team uses tools like Keepa Product Finder, SellerAmp, and Tactical Arbitrage efficiently.
Lead Review & Decision Making: Analyze and review leads presented by the team for potential purchase, ensuring profitability, sales velocity, price stability, and other key metrics are met.
Purchase Orders & Inventory Management: Oversee the creation and management of purchase orders. Ensure stock levels are tracked and maintained, and replenishments are executed based on demand forecasting and sales trends.
Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement across sourcing, lead review, purchase order generation, and inventory management. Implement strategies that drive operational efficiency and profitability.
Bookkeeping & Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate tracking of expenses, revenues, and profits. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all bookkeeping tasks are completed and up to date.
Market & Trend Analysis: Stay informed about current market trends, seasonality, and product performance. Lead the team in adjusting strategies accordingly to stay ahead of competition and demand.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Create and manage performance reports to track team productivity, sourcing success rates, and overall profitability. Use this data to make informed decisions about team direction and strategy.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in Amazon US online arbitrage, with extensive knowledge of sourcing tools (Keepa, Tactical Arbitrage, SellerAmp, etc.).
Strong team leadership and management skills, with a track record of developing and coaching high-performance teams.
Proficiency in reviewing leads, understanding market demand, pricing stability, and using advanced sourcing strategies.
Experience in managing purchase orders, inventory levels, and supply chain logistics.
Strong financial acumen with experience in bookkeeping and profit tracking.
Ability to drive process improvements and streamline operations for maximum efficiency.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both with team members and external partners.
Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
