INTRO

Looking for a super available Virtual Assistant who is attentive to detail and EXTREMELY experienced in creator outreach & relationship management. We are looking to fill a role which involves interpreting a creator description, posting jobs/outreaching to find creators who match the description, and onboarding them as content creators for our fast-growing ecom brand. We are looking for someone who can take on a variety of different roles and pick up skills fast, as this
position will eventually lead to the management of others.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS [These are necessary, you will be rejected if you don’t qualify]:

- Extensive experience with UpWork & Fiverr AS A RECRUITER (2+ years)
- Extensive experience with UGC outreach and content creator hiring, specifically for ECOM brands (2+ years)
- Social Media Marketing experience
- Fantastic communication skills and full English proficiency
- Experience in creative coordination and project management
- Must be a fantastic relationship-builder
- Scouting actor/UGC talent will require building excellent relationships with people
- Must not have other commitments outside of this job that amount to greater than 10 hours/week
- This needs to be your main focus as hours will be scaled quite quickly.
- Must be a quick learner who is eager to communicate with each creator in a personalized way
- We do not want a “copy-paster”
- MUST work during US Eastern Time Zone Hours (9-5)
- Complete familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion & other apps mentioned in the application found inside the attached document.
- Complete English Fluency
- MUST be incredibly responsive on communication platforms (we are expecting message replies within **15 minutes**)
- Fast-Learner, asks questions until they fully understand the scope of the assignment
- Must be willing to get on calls to work together
- Ability to manage a variety of different tasks simultaneously, while staying organized
- Someone who is willing to go above and beyond in task completion excellence
