Are you a creative problem-solver with a passion for data and a knack for driving growth? We are a leading skincare brand, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Inside Sales Market Growth Strategist to join our team.

What You'll Do:
-Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to reach licensed clinicians, expanding our reach in the professional skincare market.
-Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create cohesive sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and introduce our company to new markets.
-Master our CRM systems (Zoho and Shopify) to track, analyze, and optimize lead generation activities for maximum efficiency and impact.
-Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for sales innovation.
-Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing successful sales campaigns, ensuring clear messaging and seamless execution across all touchpoints.
-Manage lead generation budgets, optimizing resource allocation and demonstrating strong ROI through rigorous performance tracking and reporting.
-Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the inside sales team, continuously optimizing strategies and tactics for maximum impact.

Who We're Looking For:

Qualifications:
-5+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in inside sales/data analytics/lead generation, ideally in the skincare, aesthetics, or luxury CPG industry.
-Demonstrable success in developing and executing lead generation strategies that have driven significant brand growth and revenue in a competitive market.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a keen eye for identifying actionable insights.
-Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
-High Skill Level Utilizing AI in various platforms High Skill Level Utilizing all Meta Platforms, Manychat integrations and quick learning curve for other automation tools CRM Expertise (Preferably Zoho and Shopify)
-Bachelor's Degree - Preferably Related Field
