We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Real Estate Acquisition Representative to join our dynamic team.
As a Wholesale Real Estate Acquisition Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring properties for wholesale transactions. You will work closely with sellers, investors, and the acquisition team to source profitable real estate deals that align with our business goals.
Property Sourcing: Identify and pursue potential wholesale real estate opportunities through networking, referrals, online platforms, and market research.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to assess property values, neighborhood trends, and investment potential.
Negotiation: Engage with property owners to negotiate favorable purchase agreements and terms.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, real estate agents, and industry contacts.
Lead Generation: Utilize various methods, including direct marketing, cold calling, and social media, to generate leads and expand the company’s network.
Due Diligence: Gather and analyze property information, including title reports, inspection reports, and comparable sales data.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of all transactions, negotiations, and communications with sellers and buyers.
Collaboration: Work closely with the acquisition team and other departments to ensure a seamless transaction process.
