-Publish content according to a predefined scheduling calendar, including crafting creative captions and selecting relevant hashtags.

Manage Engagement:

-Engage with both current and potential subscribers by sending welcome messages, responding to comments, and providing requested information such as flyers, links, and data (examples will be provided).
Monitoring and Alerts:

-Notify the Account Owner promptly when someone requests additional information.

Reporting:

-Provide an end-of-day report detailing daily activities and a weekly summary that includes the best performing content, most common questions or comments, and status updates on content items (being edited, ready for publishing).

-Instagram
-Screenshotmonitor (runs in the background during work hours)

-Lastpass (for secure account access)

Compensation:

$4/hour for part-time work (25 hours per week) with potential for full-time employment.

Earn Bonus: $50 per lead converted from Instagram interactions into real estate transactions. I get lots of leads so big easy to earn $100 - $300 or more in bonuses alone.
