Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will lead the design, development, and automation of web applications across Benson Holdings' brands. Your core responsibilities will include building and maintaining both the frontend (client-side) and backend (server-side) components of web platforms, with a strong focus on automation and workflow optimization using Go High Level. You'll work closely with various teams across our companies, including Fit Integrated Wellness, NPTA, Fit Online, and Jesse Benson Coaching, ensuring that our technology stack supports business goals efficiently and scales with growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Frontend Development:
Build and maintain user-friendly, responsive web interfaces for multiple brands using modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.

Backend Development:
Develop and maintain backend services using technologies like Node.js, Python, or Ruby. Ensure seamless integration with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services.

Automation & Go High Level Expertise:
Leverage Go High Level to create, automate, and optimize marketing workflows, lead generation processes, and client engagement systems. Build custom dashboards, CRM automations, and other bespoke tools to support business needs across different brands.

Database Management:
Design, manage, and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval for all applications.

API Integration:
Develop and manage API integrations to connect different systems (e.g., payment gateways, third-party services, or external platforms) and ensure smooth data flows.

Server Management:
Oversee server setup, deployment, and management, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability of applications. Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is required.

Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure smooth collaboration, alignment with business goals, and delivery of intuitive and effective user experiences.

Performance Optimization:
Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of web applications and workflows, ensuring scalability, high performance, and uptime.

Troubleshooting & Debugging:
Provide ongoing support for all platforms, troubleshoot technical issues, and quickly resolve any roadblocks that may affect user experience or business operations.

Required Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on automation and workflow optimization.
-Expertise in Go High Level (Required) – advanced experience in automating marketing processes, building custom workflows, and integrating with other platforms.
-Strong proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
-Proven experience in backend development: Node.js, Python, Ruby, or other relevant server-side languages.
-Experience with database management: SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
-Experience with API integrations and creating seamless connections between various services and platforms.
-Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for hosting and server management.
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize code for performance.
-Experience in digital marketing automation and CRM systems (knowledge of platforms like Zapier, ActiveCampaign, or similar is a plus).
-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Strong communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in the fitness, wellness, or coaching industry is a strong asset.
-Previous work on marketing funnels, lead generation, and sales automation.
-Familiarity with other marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, ClickFunnels, etc.).
