Job Title: Social Media Compliance Coordinator (Remote)

Position Overview: Mpire Financial Group LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Compliance Coordinator to ensure that all social media activities conducted by our sales team meet the highest standards of mortgage industry compliance. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing social media platforms, identifying potential compliance risks, and implementing corrective actions in line with mortgage lending regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and review all social media content posted by the sales team to ensure compliance with CFPB regulations, state mortgage laws, and company policies by using a 3rd party software platform.
Ensure that advertising content aligns with Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act) and other relevant mortgage advertising rules.
Identify and report any non-compliant content, and work with the sales and marketing teams to correct issues.
Provide ongoing training and guidance to the sales team on social media best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory changes.
Maintain records of social media posts and compliance checks for audit and review purposes.
Stay current with industry regulations, social media platform changes, and mortgage compliance standards.
Collaborate with the compliance department to ensure alignment with broader company compliance goals.
Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify potential compliance issues.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
