Airbnb Customer Service

We have an Airbnb business and are looking for a customer service agent to answer potential guests questions, assist our guests during their stay, cleaning and maintenance scheduling and take care of any issues there may be.

6 days a week / 1 day off
There are two shifts. We work USA EST time (Florida). Each shift is 6.5 hours.
8am-3pm EST (with 30 min break) and 3pm-10pm EST (with 30 min break).
Each week one of the work days will be a 12 hour shift (with 2x30 min break).

Example:
5 days - 7 hour shift
1 day - 12 hour shift

*The day off differs weekly according to the schedule.

You will need to handle all customer service by email and by phone and communicate with our team in the field to solve issues in real time.

Requirements for this job:
1. A good headset with no noise, echo or static.
2. A fast stable internet connection.
3. A quiet area that you can talk on the phone without background noise.
4. A home office with a desktop computer.
5. Be tech savvy and have the capability to multi-task between multiple apps and programs.

*Experience with Guesty, Hostfully or Hostaway is a plus.
