Our client is a coach who is based in Canada and coaches on financial literacy.  He'll help his clients go from financially unsure and feeling worry, fear and overwhelm, to becoming financially confident and empowered with clarity, control and purpose. 
 
At present we are looking for an 'Executive Assistant With Quickbooks & Social Media'
  
Your main assignment responsibilites will include: 
Executive Assistant
- All executive work for the principal ie both business and personal errands
- Appointment setting & follow up to ensure he attends his meetings
- Email management - microsoft outlook 
- Set up calender & calender management 
- Attending meetings & take notes (or set up AI eg otto ai)
- Assist setting up all SOP (standard operating procedures ie with videos)
Quickbooks
- Getting all receipts from the principal and adding into Quickbooks 
- Stripe payments set up 
Social Media 
- YouTube MAINLY, however Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin 
- Wordpress/website updates (would be a majar advantage)
- Basic uploading of reels & graphics 
- Using canva
- Facebook funnels set up for staying in contact replying
Courses 
- Assist client set up courses & online education (most already set up)
- Assist with Webinars & clicking on the slides for the client when hes presenting
- Using membership.io
AI
Having some knowledge in AI would be an advantage
- Chatppt, midjourney, claud.ai, go daddy, 
Other tools 
- Google docs, google sheets, whatsapp
 
This position is full on but exciting, you will not only support the principal with all administration responsibilites you will also learn allot about financial literacy and how to feel confident. 
 
You must have excellent communication skills as an Executive Assistant and must have Quickbooks experience.
