Objective:
To support Legend Realty in identifying and managing expired property listings, conducting research on property ownership, and enhancing our brand presence through social media and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Expired Listings Research:
- Gather owner names, phone numbers, and relevant property details (e.g., square footage, property type).
- Organize findings in a spreadsheet for easy reference.
2. Social Media Management:
- Manage Legend Realty’s social media accounts, creating a content calendar to plan and schedule posts.
- Develop engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity and engages the audience.
3.- Website Management:
- Utilize WordPress to update and maintain the company website.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is required to make necessary adjustments to web content.
Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate research or marketing preferred but optional.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content planning tools.
