Position: Warm Appointment Setter (2 positions)
Shifts:

• Shift 1: 7 AM - 3 PM Eastern Time
• Shift 2: 3 PM - 11 PM Eastern Time
(1 person per shift)
Type: Pilot Test for 5 Dealers, with potential for long-term opportunities
Location: Remote

Overview:

We’re looking for 2 dynamic and experienced Warm Appointment Setters to join our team for a pilot test, working with 5 of our dealers in the GoNano Reseller Network. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed to lead is critical, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Our focus is on delivering free, no-obligation roof assessments to homeowners to determine if their roofs qualify for GoNano treatments, a cutting-edge nanotechnology solution. Leads will be provided, and your primary goal will be to reach out within 5 minutes or less of receiving the lead and set up an appointment with one of our dealers. These appointments will be directly scheduled into the dealer’s calendar.

This is completely free and there’s no obligation! Does [date and time] work for you? If not, we can easily find a time that fits your schedule. Looking forward to hearing from you!”

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact inbound leads within 5 minutes of receiving them, with a focus on speed to lead.
• Warm call leads, engaging them in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule free roof assessment appointments for dealers in the GoNano Reseller Network.
• Accurately input appointments into the designated dealer’s calendar.
• Handle objections effectively and confidently, turning inquiries into booked appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and personable tone.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warm calling or appointment setting.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on selling the appointment, not just the product.
• Objection-handling experience – ability to confidently navigate through customer concerns.
• Experience with CRM systems is required; Go High Level experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with calendar management tools.
• Ability to work independently and react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail when scheduling and inputting data.
