Job consists of material take offs of large commercial construction projects. Plans are supplied and Take Offs are to be performed via proprietary spreadsheets.

Experienced estimators may be asked to use Xactimate estimating software (provided) to create estimates for insurance claims.

Compiling material specifications for each job and making a submittals folder for material used on the project
