Make 250+ Outbound Calls/ Day
Conference calls with Manager
Submit Potential Deals to Manager
Negotiate With Sellers

Basic Knowledge in Real Estate.
Basic Knowledge in Sales.
Basic Knowledge in Building Rapport.
Basic Knowledge in Customer Service.
Multi-tasker.
Fast Learner

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Basic Computer skills necessary for this position.

COMPUTER & INTERNET SPECS:
At least Intel i3 series
At least 25 mbps
Wired internet connection is a MUST.
