MSP Technician
We're seeking a skilled and motivated MSP (Managed Service Provider) Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and maintain IT infrastructure for our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve client IT issues via phone,
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on client systems and networks
Monitor client networks for potential issues and security threats
Install and configure hardware, software, and network devices
Maintain detailed documentation of all work performed
Collaborate with tea
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Meet or exceed established KPIs consistently
Minimum Requirements:
Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
2+ years of experience in IT support or related role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications (or equivalent)
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends
Skilled and experienced in 3CX installation, configuration, and support
Ability to be self-managed and work independently
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in previous roles
Required Software and Component Proficiencies:
Microsoft environments: Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, Office 365 suite and administration
N-Able RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management)
Network hardware: Cisco routers, Watchguard firewalls, TP-Link devices, Fortinet solutions
3CX phone systems
General proficiency in troubleshooting and managing:
Cloud services and SaaS applications
VoIP systems
Virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
Backup and disaster recovery solutions
Endpoint security software

Additional Requirements
Must be willing to connect your Local PC to our Company Active Directory Domain, frequent Voice, Video, Chat Sessions throughout the day.
Hours of Operation from 8:30AM Australian Time (5:30AM Manilla Time ) Till 5:30PM.
