JOB OVERVIEW

Our agency provides advertising and appointment-setting services to gyms in the United States and Canada. (Est Time Zone). We are seeking a media buyer with solid experience working B2C Facebook, Google, and TikTok ads. If you have experience working in the gym niche, that is a huge bonus. There is room to grow in this role.


Key Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):


Media Buying Responsibilities
Marketing strategy development for clients and Lucid Branding’s marketing efforts
Creation and testing of Facebook Ad creatives, copy, and headlines
Development of lead forms, landing pages, and any other forms of information gathering for lead generation
Integration, tracking, metrics, and nurture automation development within internal and client CRM platforms
Creation and maintenance of all internal and client advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Instagram
Including daily performance monitoring of all ads and making necessary adjustments to improve performance
Providing metrics and reporting for internal and all client accounts along with action items and solutions to constraints and problems
Using Slack for internal team communication
Collaborating with internal team members & attending/participating in scheduled team meetings

Performance Standards
You will be held to specific standards of performance including but not limited to:
Generating leads at a cost deemed appropriate for their market
Ensuring a positive monthly ROI for all internal and client advertising campaigns.
