Email & Chat Support Customer Service Agent

We're looking for customer service agents specialized in remote chat and email support.

TASKS:
Interacting with our customers via email to close deals and offers successfully
Take note of customers' purchase behavior in order to follow up accordingly as required
Provide the team with daily reports and updates.

REQUIREMENTS:
+8GB RAM device, Windows 10+ or MacOS
6 days a week, 8 hours a day.
Stable connection and power B2 English level or higher.

COMPENSATION: 800 to 2000 USD monthly (weekly payments)
Weekly bonuses ranging from 50 to 200 USD based on production.
