We are seeking a creative mastermind. A person who can dive deep into the customer research and emerge with fresh angles and ad concepts that convert.

Tales is on the hunt for a Creative Strategist with the courage to lead our performance creative team to Valhalla.

The place: Wherever you like to type.

The hours: Our team generally works on Mountain Standard Time. Ideally you can work similar hours. If that's not possible but you're otherwise perfect for this role, let’s chat.

The pay: There's no limit to what you can earn. We pay people what they're worth, and there is no ceiling to the amount of value someone can create. Also, endless glory and adulation.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

- Conduct extensive research to understand the pain points and desires of our customers
- Come up with fresh and innovative concepts/angles for ads and write scripts and thorough creative briefs
- Manage the execution of ad creative concepts by working hand in hand with external creators and an in house video editor and graphic designer
- Analyze creative performance data inside our ad account to get a look at what's working, what’s not working, and what could be optimized for better performance or more scale

Your Rap Sheet (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

- Exceptional concepting skills
- Exceptional script writing abilities
- Understanding of paid media, UGC, and what type of content converts (especially on social media)
- Ability to formulate strategies on how to market products in fresh, creative and different ways
- Understanding of direct response marketing
- A highly creative self-starter who can work both independently and collaborate well with different teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Ability to manage a small but mighty team of video editors and graphic designers
