Creative Designer for Nursing School Resources

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled designer to develop a variety of educational resources for different nursing school topics. You will work closely with our team to transform provided content into visually engaging and informative guides, flyers, and other creative materials that enhance the learning experience for our students.

**Responsibilities**:
- Design visually appealing and easy-to-understand guides, flyers, and resources for various nursing school topics.
- Collaborate with our team to understand the content and requirements for each project.
- Develop creative concepts and layouts that effectively communicate complex information in a student-friendly manner.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high level of visual appeal.
- Incorporate feedback from the team to refine and improve designs as needed.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or creative designer, preferably with a focus on educational or instructional materials.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity, particularly in creating educational or informational content.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
- Ability to transform complex information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand designs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
- Attention to detail and a strong understanding of visual hierarchy and typography.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in creating educational materials for the healthcare or nursing field.
- Familiarity with eLearning design principles and tools
