We are looking for an SEO expert.
The Technical SEO Specialist will work on strategic planning, technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO to increase organic rankings on all major search engines. In addition, must be comfortable contributing/working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
You should bring a fresh perspective on Technical SEO, Off-page SEO, and SEO strategy. You will work closely with current SEO tea
You will assist in developing SEO strategies to drive the strategic growth of organic channels with a focus on increasing traffic, sales, acquiring customers, and content creation while implementing SEO best practices.
The right candidate for this role will be responsible for:
Tracking, reporting, and analyzing websites that can be improved or optimized
Monitoring, updating, and examining PPC initiatives and campaigns
Conducting ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization to drive the most valuable traffic, as well as investigating keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
Filling websites and other content with effective keywords
Performing tests, collecting and analyzing data, and identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Creating thought-provoking, effective SEO content for blogs, websites, and other social media accounts, as well as writing powerful call to actions (CTAs) to bring in visitors
Developing and implementing link-building strategies
Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines
Working with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code, as well as working with other marketing tea
Qualifications:
A working knowledge of search optimization practices
Demonstrates SEM knowledge of managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo!, and Bing
An understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Extensive experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and Webtrends
Familiarity with bid management tools, such as ClickEquations, Marin, and Kenshoo
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
The ability to think creatively and strategically, and identify problems with ease
Excellent writing and communication skills
The ability to collaborate with a team and work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
