Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies for enhanced customer engagement and loyalty.
Design personalized campaigns across email and SMS channels.
Conduct customer segmentation analysis for targeted campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create relevant marketing content.
Monitor lead generation tools for customer journey optimization.
Test and iterate eCommerce subscription programs for retention.
Define and report KPIs for campaign effectiveness.
Analyze metrics and market trends for optimization opportunities.
Implement A/B testing and experimentation methods.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
Assist in consolidating feedback within Figma for various internal projects, including conducting competitor research and compiling findings into Figma.
Support the Customer Experience team by contributing to creating and updating internal training documentation.
Collaborate with the brand team to source necessary assets for various internal projects.
Collaborate and manage industry and competitor comparisons, assisting in developing presentations and reports to share insights with stakeholders.
Compile review and sentiment feedback related to reputation management, including assisting in creating decks and reports for internal team use.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Experience in eCommerce/Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) lifecycle and retention marketing, ideally within beauty/wellness brands similar to iRESTORE.
Familiarity with DTC eCommerce marketing platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Justuno, Postscript, and/or Attentive.
Proven track record as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role in eCommerce, with expertise in marketing automation platforms and customer lifecycle management.
Proficiency in developing and executing targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns.
Strong grasp of customer segmentation, data analysis, and customer journey mapping.
Analytical mindset to interpret data, derive insights and optimize campaigns effectively.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling marketing content and messaging.
Understanding of CRM systems and their integration with marketing automation platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking with a focus on customer experience.
Collaborative mindset for effective teamwork across different departments.
