The NetSuite Developer/Senior Business Analyst is responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making at both the tactical and strategic levels across all areas of the company. Additionally, this role aims to provide an excellent customer and employee experience by effectively managing the order and fulfillment process to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
Act as an expert in systems supporting order accuracy, completeness, pricing alignment, order structure, and logistics support.
Provide ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) support, administration, and improvements across all functional and technical areas.
Collaborate with internal developers and external vendors to optimize existing or new integrations.
Review, analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to systems to enhance business process efficiency.
Assist in developing dashboards and train others to be more self-sufficient.
Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification.
Record information and ensure the quality of data in ERP and other internal systems that support sales, production, and financial management.
Create various order reports and analyze data trends and sales.
Work closely with Procurement on timely inventory forecasting and replenishment planning.
Create documentation for processes and procedures in operations.
Assist with research and requirements gathering for new initiatives.
Maintain and update all documentation (programs/procedures) needed for day-to-day operations.
Research and resolve issues or problems.
Complete additional projects as assigned.


Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year of data analytics experience.
Strong business analysis skills, including documentation, process flows, and communication.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage/execute multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of employees and organizational customers.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and technical aptitude.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be accountable for performance.

Technical Qualifications
NetSuite Certified ERP
NetSuite Developer
Strong Excel skills (able to create reports, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Proficiency in SQL
Familiarity with data engineering, including ETL/ELT processes
Familiarity with a scripting language (PHP, Python, etc.)
