Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our leadership team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Serve as a liaison between the leadership team, clients, and external stakeholders.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Coordinate events, training sessions, and company functions as needed.
Conduct research and compile information for projects or tasks.
Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and respond on behalf of the leadership team as necessary.
Provide support in day-to-day office management and ensure the efficient flow of information.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
