Excess Inventory < 2>99.5% In-Stock Rate:
Maintain an in-stock rate above 99.5% by accurately defining demand forecasts, setting optimal safety stock levels, and establishing clear reorder points. Conduct weekly inventory reviews and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Align Marketing with Inventory Strategy:
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to synchronize marketing efforts with current inventory levels. Proactively adjust marketing campaigns—either ramping up or slowing down—based on real-time inventory data to prevent stockouts or excess storage fees while maximizing sales opportunities.

Track Average Cost of Goods Paid per SKU: Monitor and report on COGs to ensure cost control and identify areas for improvement.
Manage IPl Score: Maintain efficient stock levels and minimize excess or stranded inventory to ensure a high Inventory Performance Index (IPI) score.
Product Replenishment Management: Oversee ongoing Purchase Order issuance (both OnTrack & Manual), track supplier deliveries, create and monitor shipment IDs, and expedite deliveries when necessary.
Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain positive business relationships with suppliers, fostering strong communication to ensure smooth coordination and reliable service.
Qualification of Multiple Sources: Assist with the qualification of new suppliers, maintain a repository of product specifications, and track sample testing and approvals.
Supplier Selection & Pre-Qualification: Select suppliers based on criteria like safety, supply assurance, quality, service, cost, and innovation. Administer supplier/contractor pre-qualification requirements related to safety and risk.
Transportation and Logistics Coordination: Coordinate transportation and logistics requirements, select appropriate transportation methods, and work with third-party logistics providers as needed.
Periodic KPI Reporting: Develop and implement a regular reporting structure to track and report key supply chain performance metrics, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and issues.
Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service agreements, ensuring a positive impact on the company’s bottom line.
Forecasting & Demand Planning: Develop accurate and effective forecast models based on business trends and demand patterns, continuously monitoring and adjusting forecasts to ensure precision.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and promptly resolve supply chain issues related to transportation, logistics systems, imports, or customer complaints.
Supply Chain Monitoring & Optimization: Regularly monitor and report on supply chain performance, identifying efficiency improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
Policy Development: Create and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline the supply chain, ensuring compliance and efficient workflows.
Technology & Continuous Improvement: Implement cutting-edge technologies and practices to drive continuous improvements, leveraging data insights to enhance supply chain responsiveness and efficiency.

9. People Contacts and Interactions
CEO (Weekly): Meet with the CEO on a weekly basis to discuss priorities, review key performance indicators (KPIs), and align on overall business strategy and supply chain goals.
CMO & Marketing Team: Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and the marketing team to ensure inventory levels are aligned with marketing campaigns and to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
Manufacturers: Maintain ongoing communication with manufacturers to review supplier performance, follow up on recent orders, and ensure timely and accurate production and delivery.
Freight Forwarders: Coordinate with freight forwarders to track and review shipping performance, ensuring timely deliveries, and address any logistical challenges related to orders in transit.
