JOB OVERVIEW

As a Technical Services Associate for our Managed Service Provider (MSP), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality remote Help Desk support to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, desktop support, and familiarity with PSA (Professional Services Automation) and RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools. A familiarity with Windows Server and related concepts will be beneficial (Services, Active Directory, File Shares, Permissions, etc.). As a Technical Services Associate, you will answer inbound calls and monitor and respond to inbound e-mails while providing excellent communication throughout the ticket lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, candidates must have prior experience in remote Help Desk support, an excellent command of spoken and written English, and a strong understanding of security software like MDR (Managed Detection and Response) and EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response). You will also perform routine maintenance on servers and network appliances, requiring a keen eye for detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
