Position Overview:

Financial Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team and take the lead in our financial planning, analysis, and strategy execution. Key Qualifications:

* Extensive experience with financial software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, with a strong ability to manage and interpret financial data.
* Proficiency in financial analysis techniques, including forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.
* In-depth knowledge of accounting principles including financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and accrual accounting.
* Proven ability to analyze and interpret financial trends, create reports, and provide actionable insights that align with business goals.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and leadership.*
* A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with advanced certifications such as Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) being a plus.
* Significant experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting roles, ideally within industries related to recurring revenue models.
* Familiarity with key financial metrics, including Cost to Acquire Customers (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), cash flow forecasting, burn rate, and lifetime value (LTV) to contribute to financial modeling and decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

MAIN FOCUS: Financial Analysis & Strategy
* Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
* Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop financial strategies that enhance profitability and ensure the sustainability of the business model.
* Utilize QuickBooks and other financial tools to maintain financial records, process transactions, and ensure up-to-date reporting.
* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
* Analyze key financial metrics such as CAC, ROAS, Cash Flow Forecasting, and Burn Rate, to help guide financial strategy.
* Provide weekly reports and insights to leadership, presenting clear financial insights and recommendations.

Salary: $1,200 - $1,400 a month, based on experience
Schedule: 40 hours per week
