Salary:
60,000-70,000 PHP per month + Paid Leave

Hours (in Philippine Time):
7:00 am - 3:30 pm PHT

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Content Creation
Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and ads.
Create high-quality marketing materials, sales assets, reports, and workshop presentations.
Use various tools for video, audio, and still image editing with knowledge of generative AI for marketing efforts.

Administration Support
Assist in managing daily tasks, distribute sales and marketing content, and optimise systems (WordPress, WooCommerce).
Maintain and update admin processes for smooth operations.

Task & Project Management
Coordinate team schedules, set reminders, and track deadlines on tasks using Microsoft Teams and Planner.
Document workflows into SOPs and suggest ways to improve operational efficiency.

Communication & Customer Service
Foster a supportive, direct communication environment within the team.
Handle inquiries and collaborate with key stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.

Software skills
Microsoft Teams, Asana, Clockify, Mailerlite, Zoom, Canva, Google Workplace, CapCut, WordPress, WooCommerce, Meta Business Suite, Wondershare Filmora, and more.

We want to hear from you if you have…
-4-5 years experience working remotely as a tech-savvy digital marketing VA for US, Australian, or European clients.
-Strong English and communication skills (written and verbal).
-Experience in content creation across multiple platforms and intermediate-level graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
-A solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and campaign analysis.
-Experience using project management tools like Asana, Microsoft Teams and Planner, and Slack.
-Expertise in video editing and visual storytelling.
-Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
