Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries, assist with orders, and provide product guidance.
Provide product guidance, recommend items from our website, and help customers navigate the checkout process.
Generate quotes based on customer needs and forward leads for products not listed online.
Assist customers with set templates and register them for ongoing services or purchases.

Backend Support

Enter data, including invoices, into our system accurately and efficiently.
Process payment requests and ensure timely updates of product status online.
Forward processed orders to the correct vendors.
Perform basic auditing and checking of design files to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Design Support

Use basic Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills to assist with file auditing, product image creation, and artwork creation.
Assist in creating product descriptions and uploading new products to the website.
Help create visual content for online advertisements such as Kijiji ads.

Other Responsibilities

Research article topics and product trends to enhance our marketing efforts.
Contribute to product uploads, descriptions, and image generation for online platforms.
Qualifications:

Friendly and positive attitude – You’ll be the first point of contact for many customers!
Well-developed communication skills
Phone sales experience – A plus but not mandatory.
Willingness to learn – We’ll train you, no advanced skills needed.
Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Knowledge of basic Excel formulas.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
