Phone Sales Representative

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Phone Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to leads and offering our client's products through free fills. Additionally, you will conduct follow-ups for re-orders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and present our client's products.
- Manage free fill offers effectively to maximize conversions.
- Perform follow-up calls and emails to track turnover status
- Perform follow-up calls and emails for re-orders and maintain customer relationships.
- Document interactions and track progress in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and share insights.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in phone sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM software is a plus.

Work Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm PST
