JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Audit and Financial Data Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in auditing financial records, analyzing data, and managing financial reports, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all processes. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional skills in Google Sheets, have strong attention to detail, and demonstrate experience in finance and auditing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits across multiple business functions, with a focus on financial records and operational procedures.
• Input, manage, and verify data accuracy using Google Sheets and other spreadsheet tools.
• Prepare and review various reports, ensuring they meet compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies, patterns, or irregularities in data, and escalate issues for resolution.
• Perform regular data reconciliation to ensure consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure proper internal controls and financial documentation are in place.
• Assist in creating and improving auditing procedures and financial reporting systems.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
• Expertise in Google Sheets (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data validation techniques).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data entry.
• Familiarity with financial audit procedures and best practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with financial software and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau) is a plus.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) credentials are a plus.
