Construction Project Manager

Currently seeking a Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager/estimator to join our team. Candidate must be self-motivated, experienced and a team player. Join a team of expert workers and dependable project managers that take pride in their ability to deliver quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:
Ability to interpret blueprints, permits, and stay up to date on current safety protocols.
Develop the project schedule by identifying critical path steps to meet deadlines and then oversee the coordination and updating of the schedule throughout the duration of the project in conjunction with the Superintendent of jobsite.
Able to accurately estimate upcoming projects for bid.
Able to do take offs correctly for estimating.
Facilitate offsite subcontractor zoom meetings as required and maintain working relationships with vendors.
Oversee all jobsite reporting requirements: including daily reports, weekly/monthly updates and manage billing costs of jobsite.
Coordinate with supervision in the field to identify and report all project details, including progress, risks, conflicts, and opportunities in a timely manner to minimize schedule impacts.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years experience in scheduling, ordering, quality control, and production of all phases of commercial construction from infrastructure to completion
A minimum of 3 years estimating experience doing take offs and working with subcontractors to acquire accurate bids for upcoming projects.
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Strong sense of urgency in order to meet deadlines
Microsoft Suite Experience and computer software (excel, word, project scheduling, etc.)
